Al Shaheen

Al Shaheen Indian restaurant is located on the main Catalkoy road heading East of Kyrenia.
This very popular Indian restaurant offers freshly made curries at reasonable prices with a good atmosphere.

The curries are freshly made and you can certainly taste the herbs and spices and can be prepared to your personal liking from very mild to very hot.

During the summer months the food is served on Al Shaheen’s large patio at the front of the restaurant. Perched on top of the mountain, dining here is complimented by the breath-taking views of St. Hilarion Castle. Once a week they also feature live entertainment. In the winter months food is served inside the restaurant which provides a warm cozy atmosphere.

The staff are very friendly and attentive and no request is too much for them.

If you like a mild fresh creamy curry, I can strongly recommend the Chicken Tikka Masala served with fluffy light pilav rice and fresh chapatti!
